  • "This was my first in-person Pilates class & I really enjoyed it! I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to try Pilates! Austin gave great tips and corrections."

  • "Austin's class was so good! The right mix of inclusive for all levels, but also challeging. Her energy is warm and welcoming. She didnt hover but also said things along the way that made me know my form was okay, or when to make slight changes that would be best for my practice. I will definitely be coming back! Bonus points for the the music, it was great!"

  • "I truly enjoyed my class with Austin (InFit). Austin's teaching approach allowed me to enjoy the best parts of Pilates, such as full-body stretch and workout. The bonus is that through her instruction, the class was warm, inviting, and inclusive to all. I left the session with both my body and soul replenished. Thank you, Austin!"

  • "Fantastic class! Austin is welcoming and the environment immediately put me at ease. Austin hit just the right level of challenge; tough enough to feel the burn without being intimidating. I’ll be back!"

Meet Austin

I am the founder, principal instructor, and Certified Classical Pilates Teacher at InFit360. I lead each session to be both grounding and empowering, bringing nearly a decade of experience and a thoughtful, community-centered approach rooted in access, inclusion, and self-care.

Nearly a decade ago I earned my AAFA Group Fitness Certification and merged my love of fitness and service by launching Inclusive Fitness, also known as InFit360. In 2025 I earned my Mat Pilates certification, now teaching at Vida Fitness and in residency at Art of Noize.

I teach two formats — and they couldn't be more different.

Classical Mat Pilates is a foundational practice built around posture, alignment, strength, and body awareness. Every level is welcome. Modifications are always available. The goal is never to perform — it's to feel.

Precision Sculpt is strength-based group fitness focused on control, intentional movement, and building balanced strength that supports how you actually live. Challenging but accessible. Powerful without the high-impact stress.

Both are rooted in the same belief — that movement should meet you where you are.

Beyond fitness, I live life authentically and value deep, genuine connections. But also like to get dressed and love a curated moment! I am a lover of live music, proud active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, wife, and cat mom. Originally from Memphis, I have called the DMV home for more than 15 years.
